Use either light fruit cake or Chocolate Lovers Chocolate Cake. Prepare a base board with an Orchard White Icing layer. Use Orchard Almond Flavoured Paste as the first layer on each tier and finish with Orchard White icing (click here for instructions). Use fresh, silk or sugar flowers and leaves to decorate.

Embed the base of the spray into a small piece of icing and attach this to the top of the cake with sugar syrup. Drape fabric and stick with sugar syrup. Pipe embroidery on sides using royal icing or Orchard Icing melted
