 Use
a round cake mould and prepare a Madeira Cake. Cover with either Orchard
White Icing, or colour icing red for a red cricket ball. |

the stitching using a large knitting needle or tracing wheel. For the pitch, simply lay a
rectangle of white icing and colour if desired with light pink or green food
colouring for effect. The bat is made from white and chocolate icing. Change
pitch to a diamond and the bat shape for a softball or baseball design.
